Supt Position

The Tatum Municipal School Board of Education is seeking applications from qualified and highly motivated educational leaders to serve as Superintendent.  The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:

Inspire 300 Pre-K through 12th grade students to become lifelong learners while preparing to enter the job market or continue their education.

Work with the Board to develop a clear vision for the district while navigating through the politics of New Mexico education.

Inspire the community to fully support the school system while promoting fiduciary responsibility.

Motivate 40 certified and non-certified staff members to perform at their best every day.

 

The minimum qualifications for this position include:

                A New Mexico administrative license or the ability to obtain licensure.

                Five years teaching experience.

                Three years administrative experience.

The terms of employment include:

                Salary is dependent on experience and stipends.

                Start date of July 1, 2025, or sooner if available.
